Mennonite Research Journal
Predecessor of Pennsylvania Mennonite Heritage, the Mennonite Research Journal was a quarterly periodical published by the Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society from 1960-1977. It evidenced the colorful editorial style, personality, and beliefs of its editor, Ira D. Landis (1899-1977)—Mennonite farmer, minister, and historian. Each issue consists of twelve pages. Articles range in length from a paragraph to five pages, with longer articles being continued in multiple issues.
