Josef Berthold loves pastoring West End Mennonite Fellowship in Lancaster City, where he and his wife, Brenda, have lived for 30 years and raised their three boys. He is passionate about welcoming all people into a healing community where they can grow to be like Jesus. In his free time, Josef likes to ride his motorcycle and entertain his puppy, Charley.

Becky Hess is the human resources director at Eastern Mennonite Missions, where she discerns with her community by listening, following, and cooperating with the One who creates and invites us to “Come. Know me. Belong. Find help and life in all you do.” Becky and her husband, Jack, have three adult children, and now Becky looks at life through the eyes of her one-year-old, five-month-old, and three-month-old grandbabies.
