Mennonite Life hosts its popular Annual Storytelling Night on Monday, August 8, 2022, at 7 pm at Landisville Mennonite Church. Phyllis Pellman Good, book editor and prolific writer, and Merv Stoltzfus, executive conference minister for Atlantic Coast Conference of Mennonite Church USA, are the featured storytellers. Told in a series of short-format stories, each storyteller relates personal anecdotes from richly varied life experiences.

Phyllis Pellman Good, a resident of Lancaster City, has written books that have sold more than 14 million copies. She and her husband Merle have been partners in publishing and educational enterprises. Phyllis has been active in Mennonite World Conference and East Chestnut Street Mennonite Church in Lancaster.

Merv Stoltzfus has served the Mennonite Church in a variety of roles, currently as executive conference minister with Atlantic Coast Conference of Mennonite Church USA. One of Merv’s ministry priorities is developing the gifts of all persons: pastors and lay leaders alike. Merv lives in Smoketown, PA.
