Join Mennonite Life for a contemplative experience that draws you into God’s ongoing journey with humanity from the Tabernacle to the cross to Pentecost. In the service, participants will seek God’s presence together as they journey through a series of stations featuring scripture, music, and practices that engage the senses.

Participants will move through different areas of the Biblical Tabernacle Experience. Guides will provide instructions, music, and inspiration for contemplation, interspersed with invitations for the group to reflect in various way. The service is open to all but is best suited for youth and adults.

This event is complimentary but requires registration.

Christian Herr was a prominent leader in the 18th century Mennonite Community. Years after his death Lancaster Mennonites were still referred to as the Christian Herr Party.

Indigenous Peoples taught the Herr family and other Mennonites how to hunt game, clear heavily forested land, and how to identify native plants.
