This interactive workshop is perfect for families and small groups wanting a hands-on connection to the story of the Tabernacle. Local pastor Timothy Darling will explain the spiritual significance of the Tabernacle as you construct a small model of the structure. We’ll read scripture together and will allow time for Q&As and conversation. This will be a 90-minute workshop followed by a complimentary viewing of the Biblical Tabernacle Experience.

These Tabernacle kits are a local collaboration, including wooden structures made by the woodworking class at Lancaster Mennonite School under the direction of Ryan King, and cloth provided by Mennonite Life Visitors Center Associate Nancy Hess.

Price for this workshop is $20 per kit (paid at registration) plus a $10 workshop fee for each participant, to be paid on the day of the event.
